They’re perfect for bringing guests together at any event or family gathering. Whether your party is rustic or elegant, indoors or in a large open field, these tables provide a wonderfully unexpected transition from wedding to reception, an elevated family-style picnic or as a first course for dinner.
Our Elegant Grazing Table is a single layer “rustic” approach to providing a beautiful and well-dressed table with an assortment of greenery and flowers to match the theme of your event. A variety of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, candied and dried fruits, mixed gourmet nuts, olives, pickles, seasonal vegetables and fruits, chocolates, fresh breads, local jams, honey, mustards, crackers and breadsticks. These tables are perfect for bridal showers, bachelor parties, intimate weddings, graduations, birthdays, engagements, baby showers or christenings and so much more!

Our Elevated Grazing Table is multi-layered and has a very dramatic look. We will use our wooden boards and risers, glass, or mirrors to reflect light, metal accents and baskets or crates to create visual interest. We will add greenery and flowers to match the theme of your event. These tables have all of the amazing selections as our Elegant Grazing Tables with the additions of dips, and hummus. It can also include sweet items like dark chocolate assortments, gourmet cookies, bite size brownies, mini cupcakes and donuts. These tables are lovely for small boutique weddings, cocktail receptions, family reunions, wine tasting events, fundraisers, and corporate events.

Additional Information ~
Our Grazing Tables are completely customizable to reflect the theme of your event, and therefore may alter prices as listed above. Grazing Table prices are based on appetizer portions and include set-up, food as described, paper barrier, flowers and greenery, biodegradable utensils, plates, white napkins, and labor. We do not supply tables or linens. Linens can be sourced for an additional fee. We are happy to provide non-biodegradable items like plates, and birch-ware or actual silverware and service ware if preferred at an additional cost. Wooden boards in many sizes and stains are available for purchase or rental to elevate the look of your table.
We do not provide clean up services. We will arrive a few hours before to create and set up. Your table will need to be exactly where you would like it and preferably in a cool or shady area with cover. After the table is completely set up, we will need to have an authorized person available to verify it’s complete. Our team will exit the venue at that time. If you have ordered the Elevated Grazing Table, we will return the next business day to recover all the items used or rented. We will provide a container to organize cleaned items in for recovery. Any items that are missing, broken or damaged will be billed accordingly.
Travel/Delivery Fees ~
We offer free delivery within the MWV for all Grazing Table Orders. All other locations are $5 per mile after the first 25 miles round trip.
Terms & Conditions for Booking a Table ~
Request a Quote Form needs to be filled out completely and submitted to kimberly@elevatedgathering.com.
We will respond within 48 hours to confirm if your date is available and to follow-up with additional questions. A Quote will be sent that is valid for 5 business days. Once you agree to the Quote, via email; a payment of 50% is due at the signing/accepting of the quote and is non-refundable.
We accept Venmo, Check, or Cash. Final payment is due 30 days before your event date listed on the quote.
Cancellations & Refunds ~
Any cancellation of an event by the client must be notified in writing to Elevated Gatherings as soon as possible. You may email kimberly@elevatedgathering.com.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date with us. All 50% deposits are non-refundable. Once a date is reserved it may not be able to be re-booked. Any additional payments that were made will be refunded if we are notified of the cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled event.
